4. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.

For faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-compliant products, return costs and other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Our standard outbound shipping is free.

5. Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and assessed, we will communicate the outcome of the request.

Cancellation may not be operationally possible after dispatch. This does not affect any cancellation or other rights available under applicable law.

9. Australian Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian consumer guarantees provide protections for products that do not meet applicable standards. A change of mind, by itself, does not generally require a retailer to provide a refund under Australian consumer law; our 30-day change-of-mind policy is a voluntary store policy.
